Recruitment Administrator

Opis stanowiska:
Administrators are our everyday heroes. By providing flexible, efficient support, they make sure everything runs like clockwork. They help make everyone's day that little bit easier, and can be the difference between good service and outstanding delivery. They support our central teams or specialise in one of our Shared Services areas such as contractor care or candidates' sourcing. Proactive and positive, they're a contact point for queries, an oracle on their process and a vital part of the team.  Responsibilities:

  • Create paperwork such as employment contracts for our clients’ new employees
  • Record and manage all information around new contracts and contracts’ extension
  • Ensure all contractual information that comes into the administration department is accurately and securely archived on a timely basis
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure information around confirmation of references is communicated appropriately to candidates and the client
  • Proactively manage the processes linked to recruitment, contract end dates and renewals, offer management, or security vetting, working directly with the client, internal business areas and suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties (clients and candidates), ensuring that they are continually updated on the relevant processes

Wymagania:
Requirements: 

  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Good command of other languages (German, Swedish, Spanish, French, Russian or Dutch) will be an asset
  • Good PC skills
  • Previous administration experience would be beneficial
